Rada is Associate Director of Investor Relations at EquityMultiple. Leveraging his extensive capital markets experience, he actively engages with investors, helping onboard to the platform and introduce them to various investment product offerings.

He spent nearly three years as Vice President of U.S. Real Estate Investment Banking at Canaccord Genuity, a Toronto based Global Investment Bank. His team originated and executed cross border M&A/dual listing opportunities with Canadian & U.K. banking counterparts. Working directly with issuers to implement creative capital raising solutions, resulting in $6.7 billion of deal volume across 37 transactions. Prior to Canaccord Genuity, he was part of MLV & Co.’s REIT and Specialty Finance Investment Banking team.

Mr. Milenovici received his B.S. in Biomedical Engineering and M.B.A. from the University of Rochester.

He currently sits on the associate board of Gilda’s Club NYC and is actively involved with The Bowery Mission volunteer program.
